No, because it isn't natively supported yet.

1. To develop a native driver we do need more information from you:
- appropriate raw data
- description of hardware (brand/model, manufacturer, supplier, operating modes, manual)
2. The raw data provided is inconsistent:
raw length button 3 off differs completely from the other data sets (it could be that the device transmits multiple raw data protocols), and has a different footer length (10914 instead of 9656
spikes in raw data button 3 on, button 4 on, button 4 off could be caused by disturbences, confirmation required that repeated datasets do not have those 1136 spikes
3. Most probably there is no header, binlen is not 12 but 24, 23 bit payload, two pulse footer
4. Most probably pulse length 284/852 represents logical ZERO and 852/284 logical ONE.
5. ON/OFF State is coded in binlen[20]
6. Device Unit is coded in binlen[21], binlen[22], binlen[23]
7. Device ID coded in binlen[0 .. 19]
