Is there someone that can post the raw HTTP header communication with pushover and when possible also pushbullet?

I'm not a programmer so I could easily misunderstand your question. But are you looking for this:
https://pushover.net/api#html

Probably you already found it but just trying to help.

I meant the full communication in raw HTTP headers like these:
Code:
GET /newreply.php?tid=1412 HTTP/1.1
Host: forum.pilight.org
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0
Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
Accept-Language: nl,en-US;q=0.7,en;q=0.3
Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, br
Cookie: mybb[lastvisit]=xxxx; mybb[lastactive]=xxxx; loginattempts=1; acploginattempts=0; mybb[announcements]=0; mybbuser=1_xxxx; sid=xxxx; adminsid=xxxx
DNT: 1
Connection: keep-alive
Upgrade-Insecure-Requests: 1
Cache-Control: max-age=0

I can't get it working with pushover, so I think this still isn't solved, right?

As far as I found on the pushover website, you cannot use a HTTP GET (anymore?), you have to use HTTP POST.
Source: https://pushover.net/api#messages

When I create a html file with following content and save it on my dekstop, it works. (I receive the test notification on my phone)

Code:
<form action="https://api.pushover.net/1/messages.json" method="post">
  <input type="hidden" name="token" value="my_app_token">
  <input type="hidden" name="user" value="my_user_key">
  <input type="hidden" name="title" value="Test title">
  Message:<br>
  <input type="text" name="message" value="Test message"><br><br>
  <input type="submit" value="Submit">
</form>

By the way, here's the error I get:
[Nov 30 10:48:15:960170] pilight-daemon: DEBUG: rule #1 door-open-pushover was parsed in 0.003670 seconds
[Nov 30 10:48:18:467063] pilight-daemon: ERROR: uv_custom_poll_cb: bad file descriptor

I have no idea, how to get the http-Header, but with pilight version v7.0-185-g136fbff, pushover is working.
