SLG_RS200TR

Hello,

if have some old switches (self learning) with a transmitter SLG RS200TR. Labelled SLG Kunststoff Fabrik GmbH Sender 433 MHz Typ RS 200 TR (see pictures).

Receive and debug does not report anything if I use the transmitter.

Is it possible that old transmitter are not recognized by pilight?

I have some other switches labelled MBG Consulting GmbH Type TR402 (transmitter) and switch type TR401 (switch) with 6 dip swiches.

They are also not recognised by receive and debug.

Are you sure that your sender/receiver are properly connected and configured? Other forums show that the signal should be at least received by pilight.

I understand this link, that he did not get a valid reply on his question?
I get a lot of data with receive/debug, but my receiver (see signature) seems not to work good with pilight.
I prevent noise with alu foil on receiver and transmitter, but the results are not consistent and reproducible.
I will now order the pilight kit and try then again.

It's known that this receiver works really bad in combination with pilight and is therefore not supported.

I replaced now the receiver and sender against the pilight advised low-pass filter and receiver and sender, but I get also no message with pilight-receive using this transmitter and switch.
With pilight-debug I get a lot of message in a short period of time.
Is that the result of installing the low pass filter?

pilight in a nutshell:
STEP 1 - Hardware:
Code:
433MHz pulses are detected by a hardware receiver connected to various different ports.
a) On the pilight website, there is a list of proven receivers to work well. Typically those receivers have an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) feature. In the absences of payload data from real devices the AGC picks up a lot of noise, causing a lot of disturances and problems, the LPF attempts to address this problem.
b) All incoming data is converted into digital pulse transistions (ON to OFF, OFF to ON)

STEP 2 - Software:
Code:
The duration between two transitions is measured in µS and called a pulse.
a) pilight-raw is reporting the duration of all incomming pulses.
b) pilight-debug is analysing all incoming data for known signatures, e.q.:
- pulses with known long durations (e.q. several 1000µS long), those pulses are called HEADER and FOOTER,
- pulses with known short durations (e.q. durations in the range of 120 to 5000µS), those pulses represent a logical bit state
- a known fixed number of pulses forming a repetitive sequence of pulses, we call such a repetitive sequence of pulses a PULSETRAIN
c) pilight-receive is reporting all successfully validated incoming PULSETRAINS, using protocol modules, e.q.: the data structure is known
d) pilight-send is used for transmitting known PULSETRAINS to a device (not available for all protocols)

C) STEP 3 - DEVELOPMENT:
Code:
a) If pilight-receive does not recognize the device, e.q. pilight-receive remains silent:
- a new protocol module needs to be developed
b) the data reported by pilight-receive will not work when using pilight-send:
- the existing protocol module needs to be modified

Are you sure this is valid output. Please also post pilight-raw when pushin a button?

Thanks,

I pushed on sender (picture post #1) button ON 1/2/3/4/MASTER for raw. Only for "2" switches are configured.

I hope you may help. I have a lot of different devices, but i am not able to use any by pilight.
