Unknown Handsender / Dimmer
#1
I have a handsender with a ON / OFF Switch and a Dimmerfunction:
Here are my Outputs from pilight-receive:

Code:
{
        "message": {
                "id": 244268,
                "unit": 3,
                "state": "off"
        },
        "origin": "receiver",
        "protocol": "cleverwatts",
        "uuid": "0000-00-00-08-663380",
        "repeats": 2
}
^^on / off

Code:
{
        "message": {
                "id": 244271,
                "all": 1,
                "state": "off"
        },
        "origin": "receiver",
        "protocol": "cleverwatts",
        "uuid": "0000-00-00-08-663380",
        "repeats": 1
}
^^dimm lighter
Code:
{
        "message": {
                "id": 244271,
                "unit": 1,
                "state": "on"
        },
        "origin": "receiver",
        "protocol": "cleverwatts",
        "uuid": "0000-00-00-08-663380",
        "repeats": 1
}
^^ dimm darker

When i try to make a device and gui rule for config file i fail.

when i try:
Code:
"Wohnzimmer": {
                        "protocol": [ "clarus_switch" ],
                        "id": [{
                                "id": 1,
                                "unit": 1
                        }],
                        "state": "off"
                 },
I get a :
Code:
pilight-daemon: ERROR: config device setting #2 "id" of "Wohnzimmer", invalid
I also get the error when i use the 244268 as the id.

This is the dimmer i use:

Can anybody tell a idea for a working config?
I like to turn on/off and dimm lighter/darker.
thanks for help.

The wiki states clearly that the clarus_switch id is alphanumeric.
Check the raw output and compare it with the raw data in the wiki - can you confirm that the raw data (pulse width, length) is similar to clarus, cleverwatts ?

I have a remote which looks exactly like yours. Did you find out how to configure it?

*edit*
pilight-receive doesn't recognize my sender.

This is what pilight-debug outputs (no other info like length / binary etc is given):

ON / OFF:
Code:
325 1300 975 325 975 325 975 325 325 975 975 325 325 975 325 1300 325 975 325 975 975 325 975 325 975 325 975 325 325 1300 325 1300 975 325 325 975 325 975 325 975 325 975 325 975 325 975 975 325 325 11050

Dimmer up:
Code:
978 326 978 326 326 978 978 326 326 978 978 326 326 978 978 326 326 978 326 1304 978 326 326 978 326 978 326 978 978 326 326 978 326 978 326 978 326 978 326 978 326 978 978 326 326 978 326 978 326 11084

Dimmer down:
Code:
981 327 981 327 327 981 981 327 327 981 981 327 327 981 981 327 327 981 327 981 981 327 327 981 327 981 327 981 981 327 327 981 327 981 327 981 327 981 327 981 327 981 327 981 981 327 327 981 327 11118

I can send these with raw protocol and all three work.

Can anyone help me decoding that please?
I would implement the protocol if I could understand the codes.

*edit 2*
It seems like the pulse length is slightly above 325 i think the 1300 is a misinterpreted long pulse (like 975). Also I think a pair of a high/low pulse is one bit.
Assuming this, I get the following binary codes each containing 24 bits:
ON / OFF:
Code:
011101000011110010000001
Up:
Code:
110101010010001000000100
Down:
Code:
110101010010001000000010

No what could these numbers mean? My remote has a Sticker with the number "6261" on it but I can't find it in the binary code. Maybe if Landixus could post his pilight-debug output we could find out more about this protocol?

*edit 3*
I just implemented an experimental protocol for this and it seems sending ON / OFF with the same first 21 bits like the dimming commands does also turn the lights on and off.
So
Code:
011101000011110010000001
is the same like.
Code:
110101010010001000000001
My protocol takes an integer as id/systemcode which just fills the first 21 bytes and the on/off and dim up/down options change the last 3 bits.
