Rule logging
#1
Hi

I want to control several 433 MHz power switches with rules.
Sometimes it happens, that a switch does not go on or off.

Therefore I am looking for a possibility to check in a logfile if a rule has been executed or not since I am using random functions for the length how long for example the light has been switched on or off.

Is there something available how to log the execution of a rule?

Thanks!
Raj.

sorry, found it:

In /var/log/pilight.log entries such as the following are created:

pilight-daemon: INFO: executed rule: TV_off
