The cabeling has been checked several times and should be OK:

ATTiny:
Pin 1 = PIN 24
Pin 2 = Configured PIN for receiving (config.json="receiver": 3) = The receiver was working fine
Pin 3 = DATA PIN on receiver
Pin 4 = GND
Pin 5 = PIN 19
Pin 6 = PIN 21
Pin 7 = PIN 23
Pin 8 = 5V

I checked a lot of other posts, but without any results.

For better understanding, I attached some picture from my cabeling.

Hopefully anyone can help me.

Thanks a lot and regards

Fabian

Your wiring is really hard to see on these pictures: where did you connect GND?
Have you tried to program without the RX-module (and/or without the other module directly on the RPi)? Have you measured your +5V? Looks like a bad power supply to me.
From the output of your log the ATtiny is answering - however with changing device IDs.
