433MHz sender - receiver problem
#1
Hi everyone,
I got this 433MHz Sender - Receiver kit: Aukru 433MHz Send and Receive kit

I wired it to my raspberry pi modell 1 B1 to:
receiver: GPIO 1
sender: GPIO 0

both are running on a voltage of 3.3V

Now I got the problem that when I am running the command
pilight-send -p kaku_switch -i 12345678 -u 0 -t

the output of sudo pilight-reseive is:
Code:
{
       "origin": "sender",
       "protocol": "arctech_switch",
       "message": {
               "id": 12345678,
               "unit": 0,
               "state": "on"
       },
       "repeat": 1,
       "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-fe5072"
}

That seems to me that only the daemon is executing the command but the receiver receives nothing from the sender.
When I test the receiver with my remote control it is receiving a signal from it stating that the origin is the receiver.

Am I wrong in interpreting that result or is my sender or does my sender send nothing?

Here is my config file:
Code:
{
       "devices": {},
       "rules": {},
       "gui": {},
       "settings": {
               "log-level": 6,
               "pid-file": "/var/run/pilight.pid",
               "log-file": "/var/log/pilight.log",
               "webserver-enable": 1,
               "webserver-root": "/usr/local/share/pilight/webgui",
               "webserver-http-port": 5001,
               "webserver-https-port": 5002,
               "webserver-cache": 1,
               "gpio-platform": "raspberrypi1b1"
       },
       "hardware": {
               "433gpio": {
                       "sender": 0,
                       "receiver": 1
               }
       },
       "registry": {
               "webserver": {
                       "ssl": {
                               "certificate": {
                                       "secure": 1,
                                       "location": "/etc/pilight/pilight.pem"
                               }
                       }
               },
               "pilight": {
                       "version": {
                               "current": "8.0.8"
                       }
               }
       }
}

Best regards, EndruK

Nevermind, I figured it out myself Smile

My sender is working.
I'am now sending the raw code of my remote since my remote power sockets had no native support in pilight and I simply was interpreting the output of pilight-receive wrong.

best regards, EndruK
