HopeEasy Byron Switches
#1
Hi,
Sorry if this is a newbie question.
I have the HomeEasy controllers embedded in the wiring of my apartment. They work well with the switches and software provided. I want to integrate them into Home Assistant.
I saw the pilight component and have purchased two kits from pilight.org. They are great and quick service.
I have installed them and using a raspberry pi Zero W the hardware works and the software. With pilight-receive I get lots of responses from the various switches and remotes in the apartment. I can also send from pilight-send and see the actions in pilight-receive so I am pretty sure the software and hardware are correct. I have also got the web gui working with a test switch. What I can't understand is how to turn a response from a device via pilight-receive into a command for pilight-send or a device set up in  config.json.
So the input from a switch activations is as follows:-
Code:
{
    "message": {
        "systemcode": 0,
        "unitcode": 14,
        "state": "off"
    },
    "origin": "receiver",
    "protocol": "mumbi",
    "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-53780f",
    "repeats": 1
}
{
    "message": {
        "unitcode": 785066,
        "state": "opened"
    },
    "origin": "receiver",
    "protocol": "ev1527",
    "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-53780f",
    "repeats": 1
}
{
    "message": {
        "systemcode": 0,
        "unitcode": 14,
        "state": "off"
    },
    "origin": "receiver",
    "protocol": "mumbi",
    "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-53780f",
    "repeats": 2
}
{
    "message": {
        "unitcode": 785066,
        "state": "opened"
    },
    "origin": "receiver",
    "protocol": "ev1527",
    "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-53780f",
    "repeats": 2
}
{
    "message": {
        "systemcode": 0,
        "unitcode": 14,
        "state": "off"
    },
    "origin": "receiver",
    "protocol": "elro_800_switch",
    "uuid": "0000-b8-27-eb-53780f",
    "repeats": 2
}
How do I send that by pilight-send? or define a switch in config.json to control from the GUI?
Hope someone can help so I can move forward with my home automation.
Sorry again if I am not understanding something simple.
Clive
