I applied the fix for the webserver.

The number of processes are not the problem. The fact that every one of those processes has continously opened 58 files, means that he filesystem sees 1452 open files for pilight alone.

Those 58 files are not opened multiple times. Those filedescriptors are shared between processes / threads. You can see that by looking at the corresponding numbers, those are the same.
