PWM Dimming via GPIO?
#1
Hi
I'm new in raspberry, pilight and Linux.
I get run the Raspberry and pilight with some Elro sockets. Thank you for the Wiki and the great job on this project.

I want to Dim some LED Stripes on the GPIO (with PWM and FET), is this possible?
The perfect way are to use some GPIO's to Dim a RGB LED Strip.
A very nice feature whould also to get a Soft start and stop.

I have see the new UUID feature, can pilight run on one "master Raspberry" and several "slave Raspberrys", I want to switch/dim in several Rooms over the main GUI the GPIOs on the Master and Slave?

I hope the post is in the right area, many thanks on all developer!

Pwm if nothing more than turning the gpio on and off at a certain frequency. So should be possible.

As soon as pilight 3 is released a page about the uuid feature will come online.
