@1000io: Set your webserver-cache to 0 please and do some file system checks on your rpi storage.

I don't believe the webserver is the source of the issue but rather the trigger.

Well now I feel as fool pilight user... I've received a new raspberry I've installed pilight without problems the first time.
Diferences between raspberries. In the first one (pilight with problems) I'm using a 4G SD card with a clean raspbian installation and in the second one (pilight working) I'm using a 8G SD card with a preinstallation raspbian image.
I'll replace my raspberry for the new one and this is the end of the history.
