We can remove the noise but then protocols like impuls and similar won't work anymore. That's why i picked a best balance between noise, compatibility, and system resources.

Hey Curlymo,

I have two questions:

1. I see there is a update for the new filter. I can't seem to find any info about the update, what does it change, is it reccomended to install? I don't have the needed wires connected to execute the update at this moment.

2. The info that there is a new update for the filter is sent trough port 5000 where i connect to use with my software program. This is sent very regularly. Is that needed? And can i disable these messages?

That's the filter which is communicating it's own version every minute. Currently the latest version is 2.

Aah okay, so it's the filter itself. That's cool. Okay, but why does it say it has version 0 sometimes? Also, sometimes the lpf / hpf values are different.

Depends on how well the message from the filter is received. That's why it's sent 3 times. If you really encounter random numbers tell me, than i will look at improving it.
