[Done] pilight api: receiving and sending as gui client

In some situation it would be great to get receiving messages as "gui client".

Some Examples:
In addition to receiving, sending would be nice, too. What do you think?

All these requests are workaround for the real problem. That is, lack of proper protocol / plugin. So instead of using the hack way i enforce users to help me implement native support.

So there will no support for that in the future?

Like i said, the actual issue is not that users can't receive the command, it's that the specific functionality is missing that could be solved with this feature, but should be solved another way.
